Typical night WITHout a doula10pm - Sleepily put dishes in dishwasher and get ready for bed 10:15pm - Nurse baby
10:45pm - Lay baby down and go to bed 11:15pm - Baby cries. You change diaper and rock baby to sleep 11:45pm - Go back to sleep 12:45pm - Baby wakes and wants to nurse 1:15am - Change baby's outfit after baby spits up milk 1:45am - Go back to sleep 3:15am - Baby wakes up and wants to nurse 3:45am - Change baby's diaper, burp, and rock back to sleep 4:00am - Go back to sleep 6:00am - Baby wakes up and wants to nurse Total sleep: 5 hours Wakings: 3 |
