As a mother of four, Holly knows how tricky the postpartum time can be. With each new baby, a woman changes, and so does her family. Her needs are different with each pregnancy and birth. As a new mother she struggled to adjust to this role. Breastfeeding was a challenge for her and she found herself completely unprepared for the ups and downs of life with a newborn. She found it difficult to ask for help and there were no other women in her social circle who she could look to for support. She became a doula 4 years ago to help new moms to feel supported and to not feel alone in their journey.
